Will using Diamond Vehicle Services void my Manufacturer Warranty?

No!  As long as genuine manufacturer parts are used and the manufacturer's service schedule is adhered to, third parties are allowed to maintain and repair your vehicle and it won't void that all important warranty, should you need it.  This is becoming more relevant as manufacturers continue to increase the length of the warranties they provide, making many people feel that they have no alternative but to use the more expensive services offered by main/franchised dealers.


We keep copies of all of our supplier invoices, and will be happy to provide these should the need arise.

How do I get a quote?

You can either send us an email at info@diamondvs.co.uk, complete our contact form or ring Mark or Scott directly.

Can you collect and return my vehicle?

Yes we can.  However, it is necessary for us to charge 50p per mile for distances greater the 7 miles from our registered office address.  Contact us for a quote.

When are you open?

Currently we offer an evenings and weekends service, meaning that you don't have to be without your vehicle during your working week.

Can you carry out my MoT?

Unfortunately not.  However we are able to arrange your MoT Test and deliver/collect your vehicle to/from our approved testing station.

What if additional work needs to be carried out?

It's our policy to ring the customer to advise of any additional work which will incurr a charge before carrying this out.  This will include MoT refusal points or additional items needing renewal during a service, such as brake components.
